General Faqs

For mobile app development we provide native iOS and Android development for phone and tablet apps. For web and integrated development we work primarily in PHP/MySQL and Ruby on Rails. We also work in Java and Objective-C.

There are lots of do-it-yourself services out there for web and mobile design. Just remember you get what you pay for. Even if you're a hardcore do-it-yourselfer, don't underestimate the amount of work involved or the importance of small details. Ask yourself if you CAN do it, then ask if you SHOULD do it. Kaizy ech Solutions does a lot more than build web sites. Our team consists of professional designers, developers, writers and business development experts. We not only provide great design and custom development, we're also well versed in cross-browser and cross-platform requirements, design for mobile, visual communication, online sales strategy, SEO, search marketing, lead generation, social media strategy, market research and evolving technologies. Hiring a good designer will not only get you a product you can be proud of, but one that will help accomplish your business objectives.

To keep your data and information highly confidential, we sign Non-Disclosure Agreement between two parties i.e Company & Client before you disclose any information to us. Data & information will be shared with our employees / teams working on the project only, who are bound with our legal framework company policy.

A responsive web site is one that is designed to scale to fit on multiple screen sizes e.g., computer monitors, widescreens, tablets, even mobile phones. Responsive design is a great way to ensure your content is seen correctly on many devices.
A true "mobile site" is different in that there is a unique set of code and sometimes content used to create a page. This means you can further customize the experience for mobile users. Generally a responsive site is good for most web sites, and in general it is the method that Google prefers for search indexing. However for large, complex sites, and those that may be media heavy, a mobile version may be better.

What you pay depends on what you expect to get out of your site, plus the amount and quality of service you're going to receive from the designer/developer. Cheap is great, as long you're okay with template sites, minimal design and not much service. One the low-end, you can get a do-it-yourself, canned template site with no service or customization for less than $10/mo. A modestly experienced designer may charge $1500 or so depending on their skill level and the amount of content the site will have. On the high end, large sites with 100% original design, custom apps, intranets, a custom CMS, integration and ecommerce could be well over $15000. The important thing is to know exactly what you're getting from a technical aspect, design aspect, level of quality, services included, SEO considerations, content development, and ongoing support. Compare estimates fairly and ask lots of questions before accepting the lowest bid. We like to relate the value of a project to the return you expect. Some projects will be high, some low. Focus on the results you expect and work with a team you trust to get the job done.

Websites are NOT all built the same. The cost of web design varies depending on how each vendor plans on building the website. A custom website built from scratch without any special web design tools is by far the most expensive and time-consuming way to build a website, but it’s preferred by businesses with very specific needs that want to have complete control over the finished product.
Creating content is a time-consuming process that also contributes to the final price. Other factors include Design Complexity, Vendor Experience, Revision and maintenance Requests. In most cases, a cheap website almost always won’t deliver the ROI you hoped for.

SEO/SMM/SEM Faqs

Whether you’re looking to update the look of your site, increase your search engine ranking or start branching out into social media marketing in order to reach new clients, you’d benefit from knowing about SEO, SEM and SMM.

SEO.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a series of tactics aimed at increasing your website’s visibility in search engine results – essentially, improving your chances of being found when patients are searching for the treatments and services you offer. A combination of on-site and off-site factors, the goal of any SEO campaign is to drive high-quality traffic to your website, outrank the competition and win new patients.

SEM.
Also known as sponsored listings, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) involves the placement of targeted advertisements in a user's search engine results. Based on a bidding system, your paid ads will be only visible to users who meet certain location and demographic criteria. Because you only pay when visitors click on your ad, SEM advertising is one of today's most efficient marketing strategies.

SMM.
Social Media Marketing (SMM) is an important way for medical practices to reach their current as well as potential patients. Having an active social media presence has become an invaluable part of expanding your reach and establishing trust on the Web. An active Facebook, Twitter and Google+ allows you to build your own reputation and brand, establishing a relationship with patients and setting your practice apart from the competition.

PSEO stands for search engine optimization. It's basically a strategy with lots of moving pieces that in the end will hopefully get your website found on Google withing the first or second pages. We all know from personal experience that our short attention span hardly ever makes it past page 3 when we're doing a search for something. It is for that reason that most of the business goes to whoever's website is on the first or second page.

That's the $1,000,000 question. The truth is no one knows exactly. That formula is heavily guarded by the people at Google. What's even more challenging is that they change the rules constantly. What we do know is that there definitely are proven strategies that we know work very well. The problem for many is that it involves a lot of time and commitment, as well as knowledge of building websites in order for it to be successful, and that is something that most small business owners just don't have time for. That's why there are professionals such as myself who offer this service so they could focus on their business.

No. No one can. People say it, and there are certainly things you can do right to get good placement, but no one can truly guarantee any search results. Search companies make those decisions. Google, Bing and other search engines often make adjustments to the results they show. Because everyone wants to be at the top, search companies adapt quickly to tricks. In addition, many companies, not just yours, are working to get top placement. So results also change due to competition and new content being added to the web. Kaizy Tech Solutions provides strictly white-hat SEO services. We execute all the fundamentals that Google and Bing suggest. Then we work with our clients to create content and products that users will see value in. Good content and simply being better than your competition in your web, mobile, social and marketing efforts will naturally lead to good placement. Good SEO is about a good technical foundation, good content, and ongoing strategy.

It could get very expensive. Remember, there is A LOT that goes into it. So much so that most companies that offer SEO house a room full of employees to cover different aspects of it. That's a lot of overhead. You are paying a lot of people. With me, it's just me and only me. Knowing how expensive it could get for small businesses I have made my packages very affordable, along with no contracts.

Cloud Services Faqs

It is a style of computing in which massively scalable IT-related capabilities are provided 'as a service' using Internet technologies to multiple external customers." Beyond this definition, clouds are marked by self-service interfaces that let customers acquire resources at any time and get rid of them the instant they are no longer needed. The cloud is not really a technology by itself. Rather, it is an approach to building IT services that harnesses the rapidly increasing horsepower of servers as well as virtualization technologies that combine many servers into large computing pools and divide single servers into multiple virtual machines that can be spun up and powered down at will.

You might say software-as-a-service kicked off the whole push toward cloud computing by demonstrating that IT services could be easily made available over the Web. While SaaS vendors originally did not use the word cloud to describe their offerings, analysts now consider SaaS to be one of several subsets of the cloud computing market.

Cloud Computing Involves Three Differents Technologies:
  • Online File Storage (i.e. private online cyberlockers).
  • Software as a Service (aka "Saas" or "SaS").
  • Platform as a Service (aka "PaaS" or "PaS").

Online File Storage has been around for many years but is now becoming very widespread as hard drive space now costs less than a dollar per gigabyte. Google Docs, Microsoft Skydrive, Dropbox, Asus Cloud Storage, and many hundreds of providers now offer free or low-cost online storage for users.
Software and Platform as a Service describe the business model of users logging into a centralized hub to access their software products. Users open their files and software only while online, using only their web browser and passwords. It is similar to the idea of mainframe terminals, but cloud computing involves a much larger "cloud" (network) of processing computers at the center.

This is the most common question we receive, and rightly so; you wouldn’t be doing your job as an IT decision maker if you didn’t consider the security of a new IT system. There is a common misconception that cloud computing is insecure, but when you peel back the layers of an IT solution, it becomes clear that this is incorrect.

  • Private Cloud
Services offered over the Internet or over a private internal network to only select users, not available to the general public. Also referred to as IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) or PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service), the idea being that each company gets its own virtual infrastructure (servers, networking equipment, software, etc), to manage as they see fit (or outsource the management and support to the Cloud provider).
  • Public Cloud
Services offered over the public Internet and available to anyone who wants to purchase the service. Often referred to as a multi-tenanted Cloud; the idea behind this is that the cost of infrastructure and hosting is shared between many companies (therefore reducing costs to the end user), while still maintaining complete security between businesses.
  • Hybrid Cloud
Hybrid Clouds draw on the benefits of both Private and Public Clouds and is the solution many businesses opt for. For example, a business might go for their own bespoke Private Cloud solution with multiple Cloud Virtual Private Servers for RDS, data, and applications, but they may also use a Public Cloud email solution such as questMail Cloud Email to avoid managing their own email server.

Kaizy Tech Solutions Ltd fully comply with Universal Data Protection laws, and our Terms state that the client always maintains data ownership and we won’t share it with anyone.
There is a lot of negative press concerning data privacy and Cloud Computing, and we won’t deny, some of it is valid for certain Cloud providers. However it isn’t a blanket issue that covers all Cloud providers; a lot of it depends on the Cloud providers’ location. Thanks to the US Patriot Act which came into effect shortly after the events of September 11th 2001, the US Government now has the right to look at any data that is stored on infrastructure that is owned by an American Cloud provider, regardless of where in the world it is stored. Worth considering when looking at Microsoft 365, Google Apps, and Amazon EC2; will you or your clients be happy with your data being stored outside of your country? .

In the case of Kaizy Tech Solutions Ltd, you, the Client, always maintains ownership of your data, and this is written into our Terms of Business. It is worth noting however that this isn’t always the case, with certain providers writing into their Terms that they own all data stored on their systems. It is vital that you discuss this point with any provider you speak with, as it could affect the termination process if you ever choose to leave them in the future.

With Kaizy Tech Solutions, your data will always remain in the servers, replicated across multiple hard drives (and potentially multiple geographic locations). We can tell you at any point where your data is, and you are always free to remove the data from the system at any time.

Web Design Faqs

Well, it depends... However, the answer is almost never, "nothing". The internet is an active, real-time environment, and most consumers and business use it constantly to learn and interact with each other.
No matter your goal, it's important to have a plan for making your web site successful after it goes live. We offer consulting, marketing, advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, Adwords, social media management, and maintenance plans for both your post-launch activities and your ongoing monthly and annual plans. These ongoing services, regardless of their scale, are important for most businesses.
If you're going to manage your own internet marketing and post-launch activities, start setting goals, defining your strategy and allocating resources before your site is live. Allow your web site and marketing to live, grow and adapt.

If you're paying for a new website or mobile app, this is a question you should know the answer to. It's really easy and inexpensive to install a WordPress or similar CMS site and buy predesigned templates. For many web designers this is a common practice. With template sites, you're getting a design and layout that is not original, and it probably has some limitations on how it can look, how content is displayed and how it functions. It's also not going to be exclusive to your business, meaning other businesses may have the exact same web site as yours. If you're looking for a specific design ascetic or if you want a site designed around your brand a template can be risky. If you want a site that is fully flexible in its look, function and scalability, you want a custom design. If you do opt for a template site, we'd advise finding one that is fully functional across the most current web browsers and platforms. Also look for one that has a mobile version and/or responsive design to ensure it works on phones and tablets. And plan on updating or changing templates at some point. In general, template web sites have a shorter life span than custom designs.

Our mission is to build the best and most cost effective website for your business. A professionally built website can promote your products and services, enhance your image, and generate sales. With that in mind, we will carefully research your business needs and plan a strategy to create the ideal web solution.

  • Initial Consultation
All our services begin with a free initial consultation to determine your requirements. Our experienced business analysts work closely with you to determine your exact needs and desires, and will complete a detailed design worksheet itemizing all your requirements. This helps us gather information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals, and more. The consultation step is very important because we are committed to providing you with solutions that will work for you, not for us! We prefer you call so we can provide you with faster service, but emails are okay too.
  • Proposal & Paperwork
After you are confident we have addressed all your ideas, questions, and requirements, you can get specific recommendations for your project. There are many different ways to meet your specific needs. We explain these options with the proposed pricing to deliver them. Once you agree, you receive a formal proposal that contains all of the work you require, prices and payment schedule, and contract.
  • Payments
Unless you have a business credit account with us, We require 50% Deposit to start your work. After “you agree”, “we agree” and paperwork is signed and faxed or mailed to us, we start the actual design process. If you do not understand the smallest of points at this step PLEASE ASK FOR CLARIFICATION! Miscommunication and false expectations do NOT move the design process forward in a productive manner. At ANY time please contact us about any concerns, questions or comments you have about your project.
  • Collecting Your Content
You will provide us with the text and any other content for your website and any specific pictures you would like. We can provide you with access to thousands of royalty free stock photos. We also offer optional professional copywriting services.
  • Design Development
We ask you to provide examples of websites you really like, colors you like, and your competitors’ websites. If you want, you can also have a look at our past work and let us know any website elements you liked and we can incorporate the same for your website. We can also provide you with access to our professional high quality Semi Finished Designs and you can choose the one you like. Once you provide that information to us, usually within 2 working days, you get a creative "mockup" of what your website will look like when it's completed. At this stage, you and the designer work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly.
  • Design Selection & Finalization After the initial "Mockup" is designed, you will review it on our servers. We send you a web link to view the "mockup" and ask if you would like any changes. You request revisions as necessary and then you provide final approval.
  • Web Development After receiving your final approval on the "mockup", we will then begin building the website and web pages, incorporating the design and all of the content that you provide.
  • Pre-launch Evaluation After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will submit any desired changes to the copy and then give final approval before the site goes live.
  • Launching Your Website After final approval and payment has been received, your website will be published on your domain, and it will be live for all the world to see! We can register your domain name and host your website too – so you don’t have to worry about technical aspects of your website and we become your one stop shop for your web presence.
  • Ongoing Support After your website is launched, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies.

This way, you can log in to easily make changes to any non-Flash content in your site, any time you want. Just make sure you let us know you would like this option before you sign up. This saves you over $300!

We have 24/7 email and chat support. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We give you phone numbers of key individuals and in case of emergency, after business hours where you can reach them.

Kaizy Tech Solutions is a trustworthy internet company. We believe in business ethics and exceptional customer service. When you buy any of our services, you can buy with confidence. If you are wondering how we can charge as much as 30% less than our competition and still be in business? There are a number of things to consider:

  • Clients - The first thing to consider is the importance of our clients. It is our opinion that our clients always come first. We like to be able to cater to their needs and wants. Without clients, we have no business, and without business, we cannot make money. So with that in mind, we always make sure we take care of them and we are sure they would recommend us through word of mouth which in turn brings our marketing costs down.
  • Promotion and Advertising - We choose the way we promote our web design business very carefully and ensure every promotion dollar pays for itself. We've spent a lot of time researching in this field. This is what our business is about, "Web Design and Internet Promotion". So, we take this to the extreme. We find the absolute best values for money, as well as the most popular ones that may cost a little more. We look at every angle of advertising and promoting in order to promote our company and to keep expenses down while keeping prices low.
  • Co-Creation – We need your support to finish the website in a timely manner to keep our costs down. For this to happen, we expect you to give us contents on time and all milestones that requires your action, such as approving design mockups or web design changes be acknowledged on time.

Sure we can. In fact, we make excellent logos. We can also design brochures, business cards and all your stationary to go with your website.

It really comes down to what type of industry you are in and how many pages will be needed. To get a quick answer, show me a site that is very similar to what you're trying to accomplish. I can give you a price just by taking a look at it. Most website designers charge by the hour which I think is unfair. We usually charge per page. The average page could run you anywhere between $95-$120, it just all depends. If you want to cut down on costs even more, then have all your content ready in the form of word documents and provide me with all the pictures that you think the website will need. The more you are involved, the more you will save. Also keep in mind that you are in charge of hosting and domain fees. We of course, can set it all up for you, but those prices are not included in our fees. A domain name (such as www.kaizytechsolutions.com) usually costs around $12 a year. Hosting (which means that your website files are being hosted on a server so it can be live, up and running) can cost about $25-$100 a year, depending on who you go with.

The short answer: Our prices depend on so many factors, it’s impossible to say in one sentence. Avoid any web developer who can answer this question without a long talk.
The long answer: To get a better idea of the cost of what you want to build, give us a quick phone call. We’ll ask you a few questions about the nature of the site, what sort of interactivity the site will have, your graphic design needs, etc. Then we’ll be able to give you a ballpark figure. If you’re still interested, we’ll come to your place of business and come up with a firm quote.
If you talk to a web developer who gives you an instant quote, run away! Imagine telling someone you want a car and having them immediately giving you a price for that car. Any fair and honest car salesperson would want to know the make, model and engine type of the car you’re looking to purchase, right? The same goes for building web sites. Depending on the features you want for your web site, the cost can be anywhere from a few thousand dollars to a few million.

It all depends on how much cooperation we get from our clients side. If we have everything we need from our client, such as content/copy, pictures, logos, then all we have to do is focus on the design, layout, navigation and setting up. Assuming we have everything we need from the client, we could have a website up and running somewhere between 1-3 weeks.

That is one of the biggest mistakes that most small business owners make when starting out with a new website. Sure you think you are making a smart decision by choosing to go with something that is advertised as free and that seems so simple to create. None of that is ever the case. In fact, most of our clients came from that same road only to come to the sobering realization that they needed to go to a professional the entire time.
First off, you can sniff out a "do it yourself" website a mile away. As many options as they claim to give you, you are still very limited and all the sites look exactly the same...not very good.
Secondly, it's NEVER free. People get hooked by spending so many hours putting the site together, and just before you go live they will ask you for a credit card. You will then have to pay monthly for your site. The second you decide you no longer want to pay them, they take back the site and you are left with nothing, having to start all over again. It's a real scam and I can go on and on about how scandalous these companies really are.

Networking Faqs

It is possible to connect two routers on the same home network. This can be useful when building a hybrid wired and wireless network or generally expanding the scale of an existing home network. .

Wi-Fi network gear signals in either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz ranges. Just because it carries a bigger number, 5 GHz is not necessarily better than 2.4 GHz.

Ad hoc wireless networks are used for peer-to-peer communication between devices when central access points or routers are not available.

In wireless networking, infrastructure mode bridges wireless local networks with wired Ethernet networks. It scales the network to support clients. .

Open Microsoft Explorer. From Explorer, click the Tools drop down menu and click the option "Map Network Drive." Specify the network drive or network computer as the folder. If the computer's name was zope, to map to that computer, type \\zope If you wished to map to a shared folder on the zope computer such as a mp3 folder, you would type \\zope\mp3. If a different username or login is required to connect to this computer or drive it must be specified in this window before clicking the finish. .

Can prolonged exposure to wireless network devices cause memory loss or brain damage? Learn the potential wifi health hazards and scientific research. .

Cyber Security Faqs

Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks. Cyber security comprises technologies, processes and controls that are designed to protect systems, networks and data from cyber attacks. These attacks are usually aimed at accessing, changing, or destroying sensitive information; extorting money from users; or interrupting normal business processes.
Cyber security is the practice of ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability (ICA) of information..

The threat is very real. All highly-connected and digitally reliant organizations are a target. Banks, for example, are an obvious target for cybercriminals. But what about everyone else? Our experience shows that cybercriminals seek out the easy targets, wherever they are. Consider retail. Retail companies can house massive volumes of customer data and as a result are seeing an uptick in fraud problems. Companies caught up in geopolitical struggles are also prime targets, whether for criminals, political actors or activists. Think you’re not an obvious target? Think again. .

The right response depends heavily on industry, on market conditions, social trends, you name it. But you can quickly reach a more informed answer to the question of resource requirements by taking inventory. What assets does your organization have that would be valuable to others? What are the threats to those assets? Which groups or individuals stand to benefit from compromising those assets? For many clients, this is an exercise they’ve never undertaken, focusing instead on information assets. But in a world in which highly diverse, highly organized external groups seek to do harm, information assets are only part of the story.

While there is no way to predict every possible threat, many companies are developing capabilities that result in real time threat analysis, detection and prevention. Build an understanding of your information assets and what risks could impact them. Then, determine what data you have, or need, in order to develop actionable intelligence. Of course, you cannot preempt every threat, but having a smart response plan can play a big role in minimizing the impact. .
